Mimeo

Mimeo is full of barley, wheat, rye, honey malt, and golden naked oats. It was fermented with a Kveik strain of yeast to promote citrus and tropical notes and then conditioned on a concoction of botanicals including bitter orange, gentian root and sweet orange peel.
