This is a west coast take on the traditional English style using Eric’s Special Blend (clever, I know). The blend? German malt bill, English hops in boil, American Dry Hops.
The result is balanced, crisp and clean ESB that delivers on the malt and bitterness fronts while maintaining it’s smooth drinkability with notes of grapefruit and pine.
