We used a traditional double decoction mash to brew a North German-style lager known for its pronounced mineral character. A sulfate-rich water profile creates a beer that's firmer and drier than a Helles, yet softer and less bitter than a Pilsner.

Back in the day Red IPAs ruled. Haze in your beer? Absolutely not. We wanted caramel, we wanted C-hops and we wanted it red. We’ll have you know that Superflux and Steel & Oak are elder millennials, but we are old enough when no one was afraid of crystal malt. Call it old school, call it a comeback, call it a beer we hope will sell being that it’s not 2009 anymore...either way, OK BOOMER(ANG) is here to remind you of how IPAs used to hit.
