Chazwazza

Originally brewed in 2018 our Head Brewer, Eric, always wanted to name a beer Chazwazza after that Simpson’s Australia episode. So, we surprised him when he was on holiday by naming this southern hemisphere inspired DIPA just that.

Chazwazza is brewed with barley, pale wheat and fluffy oats, we fermented with our house hazy yeast and then dry-hopped with the Southern-Hemisphere’s Enigma and Vic Secret. Chazwazza packs a white grape and pineapple punch, with rock melon and a hint of pine. Juicy and dangerously smooth, for all the hazy enthusiasts in the room.
