What IS a Grisette you ask? Grisettes are often described as “little saisons”. Our Grisette was brewed with Pilsner and Wheat malt with the addition of unmalted Einkorn (an ancient variety of wheat) from our friends at Skagit Valley Malting.
Complex yet light malt character gives way to a pleasing peppery yeast profile and mildly bitter finish. With a satisfying mouth feel and a balanced hop character, this is a fine table beer made to please any beer drinker.
