Guava, lime, sea salt and agave syrup ride the wave of a 3.5% malt bill that includes, barley, wheat, and both flaked and honey malted oats. Mash hopped with New Zealand Wakatu and Motueka for added notes of stone fruit, lemongrass, and citrus zest.

Sapperton has raspberry on the nose but still drinks like a beer with a refreshing tart finish. Brewed with Canadian two-row, Vienna and a touch of Munich it is late hopped with Amarillo for added notes of orange and sweet fruit.

This beer is bright, light yet full bodied, and incredibly crushable. It’s definitely a brewers choice beer, which is why we brewed it with Four Winds!

Boomerang 4

A collaboration with Superflux, this beer is full-bodied, juicy, smooth and dangerous. Aromas of pineapple, mango, citrus and a touch of pine.

Double Cold IPA

A collaboration with Coast Mountain, Angry Hen, Mountainview & Land & Sea, this brew has a delightful symphony of tropical and citrus notes, with a hint of pine.

Cranberry Pomegranate Orange Sour

This delightfully sour beer pours a vibrant orange-red,  while the sweet-tart notes of cranberry and pomegranate are met with the refreshing citrus brightness of orange, creating a harmonious fusion of holiday cheer.

Easy Light Stout

Notes of Maltesers, toffee, and chocolate with an aroma of tropical and citrus fruits from El Dorado and Amarillo hops.

Condos & Cranes

Fruit forward on the nose, juicy on the finish, with just enough black tea bitterness to refresh your palate for the next sip.

Blackberry Apricot Sour

Lightly soured for a refreshing tartness, Blackberry Apricot Sour was conditioned on blackberry and apricot for big berry and stone fruit flavours.

Preserved Lemon

Preserved Lemon Pale Ale is bursting with lemon zest and finishes with a refreshing salinity reminiscent of your favourite sports-inspired performance beverage.

Sparkling Raspberry

Sparkling Raspberry Summer Ale is full of juicy raspberry goodness and rides along a cloud of effervescent bubbles. Champagne, but the brunch version that comes with those little raspberries in the glass.

S&O loves Hefeweizens! We double decocted this version, a time consuming and overly complicated process to enhance the things we already loved about this style; Mouthfeel, banana bread complexity and gentle spice.

Yuzu Guava Pale Ale

A collaboration with our friends from Fieldhouse, we built a tropical fruit forward pale ale utilizing thiolized yeast, yuzu and guava. Bright and balanced, it’s refreshing while maintaining it’s beer backbone.

We put a west coast twist on a classic German Pilsner. Cereal honey sweetness from premium German malt meets bright bergamot and marmalade aromas from the Citra, Amarillo, and Idaho 7 hop blend. Fermented cold using our house lager strain and conditioned for 6 weeks for the crispiest of finishes.

This west coast pale ale is loaded with Amarillo hops and rounded out with Citra and local Cashmere. Aromatic notes of bright orange peel and under-ripe peach are at the forefront along with an insinuation of walking through a coniferous forest. Clean and easy drinking, drink it on your hike or just while watching the trains go by.

A tropical fruit medley of passionfruit, guava and prickly pear combine with a hazy IPA base to provide a bright, refreshing and balanced brew to satisfy your thirst on these hot summer days.

Believe the hype! Easy drinking but never boring. Starts rich and full and ends with a dry, roasty finish with a whisper of sourness. Cocoa, coffee, and light graininess aroma. Low carbed for creamy mouthfeel and smooth drinking

Nobody LIKES layovers…but sometimes you have to make the best of it. Chock-full of Mosaic, Eldorado and Idaho 7, this hazy IPA is full bodied and smooth, with notes of pomelo, pine and green strawberry.
