This whisper of smoke is complemented by a malt forward profile with flavours of toasted bread, caramel and a light sweetness. Dragon Tears balances smoke with smooth maltiness making it an approachable yet unique beer that’s a favourite of our brewers.
Collaboration with Luppolo Brewing. Festbier is a traditional German lager associated with Oktoberfest. It’s clean, smooth and malt-forward with bread and biscuit notes and a touch of honey sweetness.
Guava, lime, sea salt and agave syrup ride the wave of a 3.5% malt bill that includes, barley, wheat, and both flaked and honey malted oats. Mash hopped with New Zealand Wakatu and Motueka for added notes of stone fruit, lemongrass, and citrus zest.
Sapperton has raspberry on the nose but still drinks like a beer with a refreshing tart finish. Brewed with Canadian two-row, Vienna and a touch of Munich it is late hopped with Amarillo for added notes of orange and sweet fruit.

S&O loves Hefeweizens! We double decocted this version, a time consuming and overly complicated process to enhance the things we already loved about this style; Mouthfeel, banana bread complexity and gentle spice.
A collaboration with our friends from Fieldhouse, we built a tropical fruit forward pale ale utilizing thiolized yeast, yuzu and guava. Bright and balanced, it’s refreshing while maintaining it’s beer backbone.
We put a west coast twist on a classic German Pilsner. Cereal honey sweetness from premium German malt meets bright bergamot and marmalade aromas from the Citra, Amarillo, and Idaho 7 hop blend. Fermented cold using our house lager strain and conditioned for 6 weeks for the crispiest of finishes.
This west coast pale ale is loaded with Amarillo hops and rounded out with Citra and local Cashmere. Aromatic notes of bright orange peel and under-ripe peach are at the forefront along with an insinuation of walking through a coniferous forest. Clean and easy drinking, drink it on your hike or just while watching the trains go by.
