We wanted to explore a way to drink a beer that met our beer cravings but delivered the maximum amount of refresh.
Enter S&O Easy – Lime.
Brewed with premium German malt, it was no simple thing (hint hint) to get the balance of this brew right. Next, our team included a burst of fresh lime with a house made infusion and a sprinkle of salt to give it minerality and balance. They aimed for just enough malt and hop character to satisfy our beer needs but light and crisp enough to make reaching for the next can a no brainer.
Think <redacted> Light Lime, but if it was made with the best quality malts in existence and you zested fresh limes by hand.
