Table Saison with Guava & Lime

Refreshing as a beer could be, Skylark is an easy to enjoy 4.4% and was brewed with barley, spelt and oat flakes. Vancouver Island Sea Salt was added to the boil and we hopped straight into the mash with Mosaic and Motueka.

Skylark was then fermented with Escarpment Labs Spooky Saison strain and conditioned on guava and lime.

Carbed up high so it feels like tiny elves are dancing on your tongue, Skylark has a guava punch with bright minerality and lime zest on the finish.
