BC Select Malt, Skagit Valley Malt and Bredenhof Farms Hops were all used to create this NE-Style IPA.
This IPA differs from our other hazy IPAs in that it is an attempt to emulate the “original” NE IPAs. Although it finishes just as dry as our other IPAs, there is less bitterness so it’s perceived to be sweeter. We also changed our salt additions to change the water profile. Going heavier on the chloride accentuates the malt and gives a thicker, fuller mouthfeel.
