Think mango candy but in a glass. It’s refreshing, effervescent and goes down all too easy.
We kept being asked about making a seltzer; so we decided to give it a try. This one is sugar based, but that doesn’t mean it’s sugary. We made sugar water and pitch yeast like we would with beer. Champagne yeast to be exact. The champagne yeast then chews up all the sugar and converts it to alcohol. We’re basically making Hard Water. We then add fruit to the finished base and carb it up.
The end result is easy drinking and smooth, Go Go Mango is the perfect refresher for a patio or beach day; or, you know, in between beers.
