This beer pushes the limits of our brewhouse with a grain bill full of Maris Otter, Vienna, Flaked Barley, Double Roasted Crystal, Golden Naked Oats and three different types of chocolate malt. We also boil for a full 5 hours to concentrate the wort and create a rich, complex profile.

Blancs
We let the lager condition on Roussanne pomace to pick up flavours of lemon zest, honeysuckle and melon and waited for it to tell us it was ready. Natural carbonation makes it bubbly, bright and refreshing.
