A collaboration with Halifax’s 2 Crows Brewing, Nouveau sounds fancy and that’s because we used wine yeast for primary fermentation.We then finished it off with some hazy ale yeast for good measure.
Nouveau has a unique white wine quality with notes of gooseberry, tangerine, and a slightly spicy yet refreshing finish.
