Zusammen means ‘togetherness’ in German. Created by the women of Steel & Oak, the name represents the strong impact community has in healing and is one positive action to combat violence against women.
As we were hand-crushing figs for Zusammen, we repeated this phrase: “I‘m glad we’re doing this together.”
