Our collaboration Steinbier was created with our friends at Freigeist Bierkultur out of Germany. This hot rocks lager was made by pouring wort overtop of granite rocks that have been heated to 450° C instantly caramelizing it and creating an earthy mineral quality unique to the “Stone Beer” style.
