Easy – Grapefruit
Bright with notes of freshly zested red grapefruit on the nose. Flavours of juicy breakfast grapefruit wedges, lemon, and a hint of sea salt. Easy is refreshing AF with a crisp bitterness, making it your go to breakfast, lunch, or early afternoon beer.
Carefree
An incredibly refreshing yet delicately complex beer to enjoy in the sunshine. Aromas of grapefruit, lime zest, nectar and green tea along with a crisp taste, honeyed finish.

Fresh Foam
Vienna Lager is a returning collaboration with Steel & Oak Brewing. It has a slightly modified recipe from last year’s version using a different base malt and hopping schedule. We get toasted cracker and bread character with a crisp balanced bitterness.
Necessarily Complicated
Decoction is a traditional German method of making beer where, during the mash, a portion of the mash (grain and water mixture) is removed, boiled, and then returned to the main mash. It’s a very time consuming and overly complicated process that helps develop complex, yet subtle, malt character and depth.
