We teamed up with our friends at Four Winds to to brew the beer we wanted to crush for the rest of the summer.
So, we created our version of an easy drinking Mexican-style lager.
We used a base of Barke Pilsner malt then added flaked maize for a lighter body with extra crushability. Hopped with German Saphir and American Noble Citra, we kept the bitterness on the lower end of the spectrum. This beer was fermented cold with our house lager strain then lagered forever (8 weeks) for a crisp and clean finish.
