Bursting with bright, zesty, fruity flavours. The tartness from the cherries and blackcurrants dances perfectly with the subtle mineral-citrus kick from the preserved lemons, making this beer as layered as your party playlist.
Rich, chocolaty backbone with notes of caramel and toffee enhanced by fruity esters produced from the yeast. Toasted coconut was added to enhance the Caribbean vibe.
Dry-hopped with Cashmere, Amarillo and Citra, giving it notes of lemon and lime zest, melon, peach and orange peel, finishing with a crisp and refreshing bitterness.
This whisper of smoke is complemented by a malt forward profile with flavours of toasted bread, caramel and a light sweetness. Dragon Tears balances smoke with smooth maltiness making it an approachable yet unique beer that’s a favourite of our brewers.
Collaboration with Luppolo Brewing. Festbier is a traditional German lager associated with Oktoberfest. It’s clean, smooth and malt-forward with bread and biscuit notes and a touch of honey sweetness.
Collaboration with Wander Brewing. A new age West Coast IPA, less caramel malt, golden in colour from pale, and rye malts. We sub’d out the traditional pine aroma by dry hopping with Nelson Sauvin, Cashmere and Amarillo for a punch of gooseberry, peach, and lime and lemon zest on the nose.
A tincture of hibiscus and lemon gives it a floral and citrusy aroma, it pours a beautiful red hue, and finishes refreshing and clean.
Guava, lime, sea salt and agave syrup ride the wave of a 3.5% malt bill that includes, barley, wheat, and both flaked and honey malted oats. Mash hopped with New Zealand Wakatu and Motueka for added notes of stone fruit, lemongrass, and citrus zest.
Sapperton has raspberry on the nose but still drinks like a beer with a refreshing tart finish. Brewed with Canadian two-row, Vienna and a touch of Munich it is late hopped with Amarillo for added notes of orange and sweet fruit.
