Beers

Dragon Tears

This whisper of smoke is complemented by a malt forward profile with flavours of toasted bread, caramel and a light sweetness. Dragon Tears balances smoke with smooth maltiness making it an approachable yet unique beer that’s a favourite of our brewers.

Bierfest

Collaboration with Luppolo Brewing. Festbier is a traditional German lager associated with Oktoberfest. It’s clean, smooth and malt-forward with bread and biscuit notes and a touch of honey sweetness.

Nexus

Collaboration with Wander Brewing. A new age West Coast IPA, less caramel malt, golden in colour from pale, and rye malts. We sub’d out the traditional pine aroma by dry hopping with Nelson Sauvin, Cashmere and Amarillo for a punch of gooseberry, peach, and lime and lemon zest on the nose.

Sparkling Hibiscus

A tincture of hibiscus and lemon gives it a floral and citrusy aroma, it pours a beautiful red hue, and finishes refreshing and clean.

Guavarita

Guava, lime, sea salt and agave syrup ride the wave of a 3.5% malt bill that includes, barley, wheat, and both flaked and honey malted oats. Mash hopped with New Zealand Wakatu and Motueka for added notes of stone fruit, lemongrass, and citrus zest.

Sapperton

Sapperton has raspberry on the nose but still drinks like a beer with a refreshing tart finish. Brewed with Canadian two-row, Vienna and a touch of Munich it is late hopped with Amarillo for added notes of orange and sweet fruit.

Zlatíčko

This beer is bright, light yet full bodied, and incredibly crushable. It’s definitely a brewers choice beer, which is why we brewed it with Four Winds!

Boomerang 4

A collaboration with Superflux, this beer is full-bodied, juicy, smooth and dangerous. Aromas of pineapple, mango, citrus and a touch of pine.

Double Cold IPA

A collaboration with Coast Mountain, Angry Hen, Mountainview & Land & Sea, this brew has a delightful symphony of tropical and citrus notes, with a hint of pine.

Cranberry Pomegranate Orange Sour

This delightfully sour beer pours a vibrant orange-red,  while the sweet-tart notes of cranberry and pomegranate are met with the refreshing citrus brightness of orange, creating a harmonious fusion of holiday cheer.

Easy Light Stout

Notes of Maltesers, toffee, and chocolate with an aroma of tropical and citrus fruits from El Dorado and Amarillo hops.

Condos & Cranes

Fruit forward on the nose, juicy on the finish, with just enough black tea bitterness to refresh your palate for the next sip.

Blackberry Apricot Sour

Lightly soured for a refreshing tartness, Blackberry Apricot Sour was conditioned on blackberry and apricot for big berry and stone fruit flavours.

Go Go Mango

Easy drinking and smooth, Go Go Mango is the perfect refresher for a patio or beach day; or, you know, in between beers.

Preserved Lemon

Preserved Lemon Pale Ale is bursting with lemon zest and finishes with a refreshing salinity reminiscent of your favourite sports-inspired performance beverage.

Sparkling Raspberry

Sparkling Raspberry Summer Ale is full of juicy raspberry goodness and rides along a cloud of effervescent bubbles. Champagne, but the brunch version that comes with those little raspberries in the glass.

Takes Two to Mango

Made at Brewhall, it’s dry hopped with Amarillo and Idaho 7 and has lots of Alphonso mango puree.

Cold Lager

New West Cold is an honest, easy-drinking lager, accessible for anyone who enjoys an icy brew at the end of the day. From our hometown to your glass, wherever you may be. Best served Cold.
